Being Pregnant

There can be no generalization about pregnancy - every person`s experience is unique and while one woman may feel tired and low, another is bounching around with more energy than she has ever had.. It`s the same with labour; one person may be beset with problems, another apparently 'breeze' throught it. This website is not about what pregnancy should be because there is no such thing. It is a guide through the weeks and months, intended to answer your questions...

The journey into parenthood is one of the most exciting transitions and times in your life. It is a wonderfull apportunity to explore who you are so that you can open yourself to welcoming your new born. Many men and women say that their children teach them so much. Enjoy the exploration

The most important thing to do during pregnancy is to be happy. Yes, because a happy mom is a healthy mom and delivers a healthy baby! Why we are talking about happiness here is that many moms-to-be undergo slight depression at this stage. This is due to the massive mood swings that take place due to the working hormones. You may burst into tears for no reason at all or feel irritated on trivial matters. If it's your first time, then you may also feel scary or anxious.
